At Permaharmo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a transparent return process.
1. Return Window
We accept returns for non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Customized & Personalized Products
Since our Personalized customized products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns for these items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an engraving error on our part. If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us at support@permaharmo.com within 7 days of delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@permaharmo.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or an error by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons (e.g., changed mind on non-custom items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.(Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too)
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
